How much does a project cost?
Builds are fixed-price per phase, quoted in writing after the free discovery week — you know the number before you commit. After launch, an ongoing team with a fractional CTO runs $5k–$7k a month.
How long does delivery take?
Between 8 and 24 weeks for the build, depending on scope. We work in 2-week sprints with a demo every Friday — no surprises, no ghost deliveries.
Do you sign an NDA before we get into details?
Yes. We have a standard NDA ready to sign, or we sign yours. No fine print, no fighting over weird clauses.
Why should we build instead of buying something off the shelf?
Most of the time you shouldn't. If a standard tool covers 80% of what you do, buy it — we'll say so on the free call, and we won't invoice you for the advice. Custom is worth it when the way you work is the advantage, when you're stitching four tools together with manual re-entry, or when the software you bought is now dictating your process. That's the conversation worth having.
How does nearshore work with a US team?
We're in Playa del Carmen, on US Central time — the full working day overlaps with yours. Daily Slack, a Friday demo on video, an open repo from day one, all in English. It works like an in-house team that happens to sit somewhere warmer. Visits welcome, and clients do come.
What happens after launch?
We train your team so they can operate and evolve the code themselves. If you'd rather not maintain it in-house, we offer optional monthly support — never mandatory.
Do you work across the US and Mexico, and how does billing work?
Yes. We build for growing companies across the US and Mexico. You get a team in your timezone, communication in English (Spanish available), and standard US-friendly invoicing. We've delivered for companies across the US, Mexico, and Central America.
