PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

iRent

Property management, delivered as an app. Owners add their property and iRent assigns them a dedicated property manager. From then on, cleaning, maintenance and repairs are requested in the app, iRent's team coordinates trusted vendors and pays the bills, and owners track every service and expense in real time — while a web back office runs the operation behind it.

Challenge

Owners renting out their properties were juggling cleaners, repair vendors and bills over phone calls and WhatsApp, with no record of what was done or what it cost. iRent wanted to take all of that off their plate — and needed software that let their team run many properties without losing track of any of them.

Solution

We built a React Native app for owners and a web back office for the iRent team, both on a Phoenix backend with GraphQL. Owners request services and get notified the moment something is done; the team assigns vendors, documents the work with photos and closes the loop with receipts and monthly reports.

Business Impact

Live in 6 months. 200+ users in the first two months, 100 bookings and 30 property verifications — and the whole business now runs on the platform, automated end to end: owners, administrators, iRent's cleaning service and reviews.
